Kasplex Testnet Nears 1.5 Million Blocks as Mainnet Preparation Progresses

Kasplex, a Layer 2 solution built on the Kaspa blockchain, has announced that its testnet is approaching a key milestone of 1.5 million blocks. According to the project team, this progress highlights the platform’s capacity to handle substantial transaction volume, with approximately 6 million transactions processed to date, averaging four per block.

One of the notable features of Kasplex’s infrastructure is its ability to generate L2 blocks automatically upon detecting transactions in Kaspa’s L1 payload. This integration is being cited as a strong indicator of the system’s responsiveness and compatibility with the Kaspa network.

The testnet remains stable, with regular upgrades being deployed and no major issues identified that would hinder eventual mainnet deployment. The team is currently focused on fine-tuning performance parameters and ensuring long-term system reliability.

Kasplex reports that observed throughput and network behavior continue to align with expectations, reinforcing confidence in the current architecture. Further updates are expected as the project advances toward mainnet readiness.
